"Where a Great Job is Done"

As of June 1999, Greatland Welding and Machine Inc. has been a source for top quality workmanship and reliable service. Born and raised in the Mat-Su Valley, the owner, Gary Feaster, shares a wealth of knowledge, with over twenty years of experience. In addition, his well-trained staff are diversified in their special fields of welding and machine work. They boast a complete, industrial machine shop, including lathes, mill, and drill presses. Their welding shop is a full service facility with work on steel, aluminum, cast iron, and stainless steel. Their projects are customized to the client's special needs. They do anything from creating a special cookie cutter to repairing a trailer, to building a custom boat. As a matter of fact, Greatland Welding and Machine has built several custom boats for fishing guides and private, recreational users. Nothing is to great or too small. Their work can be seen statewide and with their portable capability, they can bring their talents directly to your home or worksite.
Greatland Welding and Machine also sells aluminum and steel, at reasonable prices. They stock several unique aluminum shapes which are not available elsewhere in south central Alaska. For boat enthusiasts, Greatland Welding and Machine is a dealer for Outboard Jets. They have the capability of servicing outboard jets, as well. Their facility also carries a large selection of trailer parts. In their office, you can find various welding supplies and a wide assortment of u-bolts. As if this wasn't enough, they also serve as a convenient drop-off center for power tool repair.
Greatland Welding and Machine is the perfect place to go for dependable, honest service. They are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and are located at mile 3.5 of the Palmer/Wasilla Highway. Gary and his staff look forward to working with you.

Just remember, Greatland Welding and Machine, where a great job is done!
